We are so committed to using only the freshest of ingredients, and making our products from scratch daily, and that we have built our entire manufacturing process around it. It is called lean manufacturing, where fresh ingredients arrive precisely when we need them. All of our products are proudly Gluten Free.

Empanadas are delicious handheld snacks made with any filling of your choice: Cheese, Beef or Chicken. These delicious products are made from a corn-based dough which means they can be enjoyed by anyone who prefers a gluten free snack

Ingredients: Precook corn meal flour, potato, chicken meat, potato granules, cilantro, red bell pepper, canola oil, tapioca flour, garlic, spices, seasonings, salt.
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.  Do not refreeze. Remove all packaging. Adjust heating time as needed. 

PAN FRY

  1. 5 – 5½ minutes
  2. Set the stove on high. Use enough oil to at least cover the empanadas halfway.
  3. When the oil is hot, place the empanadas in and cover the pan with a lid.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes and turn them over, and continue cooking for 3 to 3½ minutes.
  

 DEEP FRYER

  1. 5 – 5½ minutes
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 375° F (190° C) or high temperature
  3. Fry empanadas for 5 – 5 1/2 minutes.
  4. Remove the empanadas from the oil and transfer to a cooling rack over a paper towel lined baking sheet.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350° F (176° C).

BIRRIA TACO MEAT

Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco. The Spanish term “birria” is used to describe immaterial things without value or quality. It is traditionally served as a stew for holidays and special occasions and made with either goat, sheep or beef. The meat is always slow cooked in a richly-flavored adobo (marinade) until it melts in your mouth.

Ingredients: Beef meat, guajillo pepper, garlic, salt, onion, laurel, spices.

Keep frozen until ready to prepare.  Do not refreeze. Remove all packaging. Adjust heating time as needed. 

PAN FRY

  1. Defrost at 4° C, once defrosted, put all the contents of the package in a pan and heat up.
  2. Remove the meat and let it cool. Make the tacos with soft corn tortillas. Serve with toppings of your choice.

AL PASTOR TACO MEAT

Al Pastor is a traditional Mexican meat made with seasoned and marinated pork. The name translates to “Shephard Style,” which is derived from the origin of the cooking method. Although al pastor is a Mexican meat, the style of cooking is an original of the Lebanese. Lebanese people immigrated to Mexico and brought with them their famous cooking method lamb shawarma. Nearly identical cooking method to the Lebanese lamb shawarma is a vertical spit-roasted cooking method.

Ingredients: Pork meat, guajillo pepper, achiote, orange juice, onion, salt, spices, vinegar.

Keep frozen until ready to prepare.  Do not refreeze. Remove all packaging. Adjust heating time as needed. 

BBQ

  1. Defrost at 4° C in cooler fridge, once defrosted remove the meat from the package and cook on the BBQ or electric grill until it reached 72° C.
  2. Remove the meat and let it cool. Make the tacos with soft corn tortillas. Serve with toppings of your choice.

  2. Once defrosted open the package and put the meat directly into the air fryer tray.

Delicioso Food Map

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 teaspoons Creole-style seasoning
  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup of Delicioso Food Guacamole Style sauce.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven broiler, and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source.

  2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and pan-fry the chicken breasts for about 10 minutes per side until no longer pink on the inside and golden brown on the outside, sprinkling each side with Creole seasoning.

    Spoon about 1/3 cup of Delicioso Food Guacamole Style sauce onto each chicken breast, top with a slice of pepper jack cheese, and broil for 2 to 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

  1. Brush both sides of tortillas with olive oil. Place on baking pan; bake at 400°F 6 minutes or until crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare sunny side up eggs. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until melted. Gently slide 2 eggs into skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until whites are set and opaque and yolks begin to firm. Gently remove from skillet; repeat with remaining butter and eggs.
  3. Place the tortilla on a dinner plate.
    Then make a division in the middle of the tortilla with the refried beans. Place an egg on each side of the tortilla. Pour 6 tablespoons of TAQUERA SAUCE around one egg and 6 tablespoons of GREEN SAUCE around the second egg. Sprinkle the eggs with equal amounts of cheese and cilantro. Preparation

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium. Add onion to flour-butter mixture; cook and stir until onion is softened, 5 to 10 minutes. Mix black olives, lemon juice, oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt into onion mixture; cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir chicken into mixture and remove skillet from heat and cover.
  2. Heat oil in a large, heavy saucepan or deep-fryer.
  3. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll tortilla around filling and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Fry the rolled tortillas, working in batches, in the hot oil until browned, about 2 minutes. Transfer fried tortillas to a paper towel-lined plate using a slotted spoon or tongs.
  5. Add five tablespoons of our Taquera sauce or the amount you prefer, on top of the flutes and enjoy them.

  • 2 large fresh Mexican chorizo sausages, casing removed (about 8 oz/225 g)

  • 19-oz (540-mL) can black beans, undrained

  • 4 bolillo rolls, crusty French rolls or submarine sandwich rolls (about 7 inches by 3 inches), sliced open vegetable or olive oil for brushing buns

  • 6 oz (175 g) Mexican queso fresco or panela, or other fresh cheese such as feta or goat, sliced 1/4-inch thick

  • 1 avocado, cut in 1/4-inch slices

  • 3/4 cup of our Delicioso Food Chipotle Sauce

Preparation

  1. Add the Delicioso Food Chipotle Sauce in a non-stick skillet over medium. Add chorizo. Cook, breaking up clumps, until browned and thoroughly cooked, about 8 minutes. Add beans. As they come to simmer, mash until beans are very smooth with potato masher. Cook, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until consistency of very soft mashed potatoes. Keep warm. (Makes about 2-1/2 cups.)
  2. If desired, use fingers to scrape out some soft bread from the centre of each bread half, making small hollows. Brush insides of buns with oil. Lay, cut side down, in a large skillet heated over medium. Cook, in batches if needed, until crisp and golden, about 2 minutes.
  3. Smear about 1/2 cup chorizo mixture over the bottom half of each roll. (Cover and refrigerate any extra for another use.). Top each with slices of cheese and avocado. Top with more of our Delicioso Food Chipotle Sauce to taste. Add bun tops.

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. taco seasoning
  • kosher salt
  • 1 (15-oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar
  • 2 c. Shredded Monterey jack
  • 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. pickled jalapeños

FOR TOPPING

  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
  • Sour cream, for drizzling
  • Our Delicioso Food “El Macho” Sauce, for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425º and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft, 5 minutes, then add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 6 minutes more. Drain fat.

  2. Add garlic and taco seasoning and season with salt. Cook until the meat is well browned and slightly crispy, 5 minutes more. Add refried beans and water to skillet and stir until combined.

  3. Add half the tortilla chips and top with beef-bean mixture, half the cheese, half the black beans, and half the pickled jalapeños. Repeat one more layer.

  4. Bake until cheese is melty, 15 minutes.

  5. Scatter with tomato, avocado, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream and our Delicioso Food “El Macho” Sauce and serve immediately.
